Land O’Frost teamed up with our mobile agency to deliver more than just deli meats—they launched a nationwide mobile game campaign that reached over 12 million consumers, driving traffic to deli shelves and rewarding families with a shot at summer fun.

The campaign transformed sliced deli meat packs into interactive experiences powered by our proprietary platform.

Each pack featured a bright “on-pack” sticker inviting shoppers to text a keyword for a chance to play an instant scratch-and-win mobile game—with participants automatically entered into a grand prize drawing pool. There was no app to download, just a seamless mobile journey hosted on our platform and served from our secure prize engine.

UX: Designed for speed and simplicity, the mobile game was frictionless—optimized for families and grocery shoppers on the go. The instant gratification of the scratch game made the experience fun and memorable, encouraging repeat participation.

UI: Bold summer visuals, playful UI elements, and Land O’Frost’s signature family-friendly tone made the game feel like a natural extension of the brand. Everything was built for mobile—responsive, engaging, and quick to load.

Strategy: The goal was to turn shelf traffic into digital engagement—and ultimately, into brand loyalty. By pairing on-pack activation with a mobile-first game experience, we brought fun to the deli aisle and collected valuable first-party data in the process.

Campaign Dashboard: Our real-time analytics dashboard tracked everything from scratch-game plays to grand prize entries, regional participation, and redemption patterns. Traffic surged into double digits within months, validating both the engagement model and mobile execution.

In the end, families won big—and so did Land O’Frost. Thanks to smart use of mobile gamification and a platform built for scale, a deli staple became the star of summer.
